Notes on prices:

Prices are shown for the property per week (not per person), in UK pounds.  Prices may be subject to change at the owners discretion.  

A minimum returnable  security deposit of £200.00 per booking is required and will be refunded once the apartment has been checked after departure.  Long term winter lets available at discount, nightly rates also available (minimum of 4 nights), please contact the owner for further details.

Change over day:

 Saturdays.  Arrival 3 pm and departure 10 am (flexible where possible).

CLEANING/TOWELS/LINEN/MAID SERVICE:

All linen/towels for the apartment only (NO Beach towels), weekly maid service can be provided, this is at additional cost.  This will be payable locally.

Booking notes: 

A 50% deposit is required, remaining 50% payable 4 weeks before departure.  £200.00 refundable security deposit, refunded once the key is returned and the apartment has been checked for damages. 

Cancellation Policy:

                               Upto 8 weeks - NO cancellation charge

                               4 - 8 weeks - 50% of rental refunded

                               2 - 4 weeks - 25% of rental refunded

                               Less than 2 weeks - no refund. 

No smoking (terrace only)

No pets.  

NOTES ON ACCOMMODATION:

This apartment is fully air conditioned and heated.  This fabulous home is owned by two airline staff, the property relects the exacting standards and value for money that is expected wherever and whenever one decides to spend time away.  Constructed by a locally renowned developer, many of the apaertments are permanent residential dwellings.
